Title VI Indian Education Grant is to provide supplementary educational and cultural support to students of documented Native ancestry to improve their academic success. Our program provides cultural education to connect students with their Native American history, cultures, and traditions, instilling pride and confidence to achieve challenging academic standards. Our program operates with guidance from the Title VI grant and our focus is on three major goal areas:

Children are eligible if they meet the definition of “American Indian” as defined in section 6151 of the ESEA and have completed the ED 506 Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form.

How does a student qualify for Title VI?
Complete the ED 506 Title VI Student Form and return it to your child's school with proof of tribal enrollment.
Parents: ED 506 forms are uploaded to ParentVue when you register your child online. Be sure to include your child's Tribal Enrollment number.
